I enlisted this young woman some months ago to sell a couple of properties in the North Little Rock area that my father had owned and neglected for decades. She quickly accepted the challenge and went to work preparing them for the market. While we had a number of face to face meetings while I was in the area, unfortunately I live outside the state of Arkansas. So she not only reached out to various contractors to perform all the work the properties required, but also coordinated the completion of all these activities. She thoroughly communicated the completion of these activities and facilitated necessary communication with these various contractors as needed. She was very responsive to my text, emails and phone calls at almost any hour of the day. She has been receptive to my questions, polite, kind and pleasant.
